are filing your annual ETIF report, we recommend utilizing the import function via Microsoft
Excel (.csv format). For further information on how to utilize this option, please login
and click on “Import Instructions” on the following page.
In the fields below, please enter the “User ID” and “Password” supplied in the e-mail or the letter
received from DECD. If you have any questions or require any assistance during the
