How do I choose a Security Question and Answer • Log into the CCAP Online Billing System with the USER’S e-mail address and new password . o Note: This password is not the temporary password. • In the EDIT PROFILE section, see the SECURITY DETAILS box. • Select a security question. • Type in the answer to that security question. • Click the UPDATE button. Can I edit the Security Question and Answer • Yes, you can go back to EDIT PROFILE and in the Security Details box, click the Edit button. • Select a different Security Question. • Answer the new Security Question. • Click the UPDATE button to save the change. |
