How do I Close the CCAP Online Billing Account

• The CCAP Online Billing Account is originally opened for a one year period of time.

• If a Child Care provider no longer provides day care services to a child and would like to close the account before the one year is complete, simply call the CCAP Specialist at 1-877-680-5866 or send an e-mail to ccap.dhhs@maine.gov .
