Remove All Users from the Alert List for an Agent

You can remove all users from the alert list for an agent.

Any user that is currently on the alert list is removed.

Before you begin

You must have set policy permission for the agent.

Procedure

  1. In IBM® Cognos® Connection, locate the agent.
  2. In the Actions column, click More.
  3. Click Remove all from the alert list.
