What is the Resource Management Details box all about

When looking at the Edit Profile screen, the last section is entitled Resource Management Details .

The box contains the Resource ID ; this is the provider’s six digit license number.

Next, the name of the Provider is shown.

The last column is described as Managed , and there is a checkbox.

What does the checkbox do:

o Click the checkbox when many people in the organization are entering many invoices for many children AND the Business Manager wants to receive an e-mail of any change for any USER within this provider Child Care Center.

o If the Business Manager no longer requires a copy of all the e-mails for all the changes, simply return to this window and uncheck the box.

 

Note:   When any change is made to the CCAP Online Billing Account (or invoice), an e-mail will be sent to the USER to let the USER know a change has been made to the account.  When the Managed Check Box is checked, the Business Manager will also receive a copy of the e-mail.
